  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective wrapping and crate to ensure it remains pristine during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Coordinate with our white-glove logistics partners to arrange a convenient time for the professional collection of your return items.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
